Always respecting the natural resources of the island that welcomes us, we have opted for disposable ecological napkins and tablecloths that we do not need to wash, using our water almost exclusively to care for the earth.
The restaurant’s artistic director, Manu Crotti (internationally renowned), wanted, through the energy of color and the power of nature, to create this “natural pop” environment, which is our synthesis of Ibiza.
For this reason, we try, through art, nature, the quality of the products worked with mastery by our chef and the service of our staff, to offer a satisfactory experience and become a meeting point between people of different cultures and nationalities. , always present.
