Sa Capella, a 16th-century chapel converted into a restaurant in 1978, became an iconic meeting point for the bohemian elite, hosting figures such as Freddie Mercury, Montserrat Caballé and Juan Carlos I. It has now reopened, restored by the Anadon family, creators of renowned venues such as Café Mambo. Located in the hills above San Antonio, it offers a product-driven cuisine featuring local seafood and carefully selected meats grilled over open fire. The interior blends an open kitchen, soft lighting, and an intimate atmosphere while preserving the original architecture. Outside, a palm-lined terrace evokes a private garden with a cocktail bar. The experience is completed with signature cocktails and a refined selection of Balearic and international wines.
