1742 has brought life back to one of the oldest and most impressive squares in Ibiza. The walls and cobbled streets of Dalt Vila are a World Heritage Site and at its heart is a restaurant that blends excellence and the very personal character of the local product with daring and haute cuisine techniques, a gastronomic and cultural experience that will be shared every night to sixty lucky gourmets until the century of lights. The experience begins in the cellar, where the most select and prestigious wines in the world are tasted. Once the bottle has been chosen, six aperitifs await on the terrace of the palace. There you taste the first bars of a menu inspired by zero km products. The black pig, the lobster, newly red Fish or kid meat raised in the traditional way on farms on the island are some of the delicacies that can be tasted during the hour and forty minutes that this sensory fantasy lasts. The palace is a contemporary of geniuses such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. From the butler who receives the diners when they enter 1742 through an ancient cistern (where is the winery) to the opera singer or the musicians who will perform live, each detail of the evening is an ode to Classicism.Spectacular audiovisual pieces will enrich the flavour of a dinner that could end up uncorking a bottle of champagne in front of the best views of the island or sipping a cocktail in the private club of 1742.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To book a table at 1742Ibiza you need to buy a ticket, the price is 275€ (VAT included) per person,
which covers the price of the tasting menu (drinks not included). You should pay 50% (€137.50) at the time of making the reservation.
The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of your experience.
These tickets are transferable to a third party in the event that you are unable to attend.
Please do not book for more diners than desired. It is important that the number of diners attending the restaurant is the same as the number on the tickets purchased at the time of booking, as if there are fewer, the bill will include the full menu for the number of people included in the booking.
Your booking will be considered to be accepted once you have received our confirmation. Please note that 48 hours prior to your experience, we will contact you to confirm the details of your visit and to remind you of your booking. It is important that we can reach you, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept changes to the date of your booking, but if you cancel 15 days in advance, we will refund the full price of the tickets.
We remind you that the date of your booking cannot be changed, and it cannot be cancelled after 15 days prior to your booking date.
If you are unable to attend, you can give your ticket to another person, but you must inform us in advance so that we can change the name of your booking.
If you book less than 15 days before the date of your booking, we inform you that your booking will not be refundable, only transferable.
