HIBA, the esteemed Tel Aviv restaurant run by celebrity chef Yossi Shitrit, is bringing its culinary excellence to Six Senses Ibiza from July 15 to August 30.This exclusive pop-up collaboration merges the freshest organic produce from our organic farm with HIBA’s renowned multi-sensory fine dining experience. Yossi and his team have meticulously crafted a seasonal menu, incorporating local adaptations of HIBA’s acclaimed dishes.Hosted at the intimate Secret Bar within The Beach Caves, each seating offers a personalized experience for a maximum of 12 guests. Prepare for a culinary journey that stimulates all the senses and celebrates the connection between food and nature.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

To confirm your booking, you will receive an e-mail with a link where you will have

to pay the full amount of the menu (wine included) which is €300 per person.

If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your booking, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid previously.

No show fee will be the deposit paid previously.

GRUOP’S BOOKING CONDITIONS

We have a limited capacity and it is 12 guests seated at the same time.

If the reservation request is for all seats, we require full payment in advance, which is €300 per person.

To obtain a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the agreed date

If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, there will be no refund.
